What to Expect on Your Call
Your caller will introduce themselves warmly and let you set the pace. There’s no agenda — just a friendly conversation between two people. Calls last up to the time included in your plan, but you’re always welcome to wrap up early if you’d like. Your caller will take brief notes after each call so they can remember the details that matter to you — your family, your interests, the stories you’ve shared.

Are calls recorded?
Calls are recorded only to help your caller take better notes and for training purposes. Recordings are never retained after notes are completed.
What if I miss a scheduled call?
You’ll receive a message with a link to easily reschedule. We understand life happens! Please note that recurring missed and rescheduled calls may be subject to a fee.
